To be honest guys, the furthest I've been by train on the NS line is Dover - any area further west involved me looking at the world from the insulated walls of the moving vehicle. So when Kim told me to meet her at Boon Lay because I offered to help clean her hall room, I was like 'oh from one end of the green line to the other, it can't be that bad'

but it was bad... bad in the sense that I was running late but the final destination were a few stops too many away (also because I stood in the carriage where it was pure standing so that sucked for me)

and also like the mrt map said it took 55 mins from where I was to reach, so technically if ceteris paribus worked in real life, I wouldn't be late but no. The journey took an hour and abit more so sigh.

Honestly don't know how I am going to last everyday travelling from Tampines to Kent Ridge and back, like I was late all my schoolgoing years, so what makes me think that I can be actually early since NUS is on the other side of the world.

Ok so NTU is just this big ass campus, in the middle of nowhere and their only saving grace (for me) is 179 that comes pretty frequently (thank you sbs). I wanted to head over to K/WJ hall after I was done with Kim so I took the shuttle bus to get to their hall - but thing is I didnt know where to stop or what button to press or where the button even was so I was just brought one round around the campus - and ended up where I began. I figured maybe the shuttle bus wasn't my thing - so I took 179A back to Boon Lay and another 179 to get back to NTU.

Crazy.
